Construction of Tsinandali hotel is in the final stage and it will be opened before the end of the year, - Giorgi Danelia, Director of Investment Department of the Fund, informed BM.ge. According to him, this will be the first branded hotel in Kakheti, which will significantly raise recognition of the region.
“The hotel will have at least 120 rooms. The complex also includes conference rooms, wine cellars an restaurants, a hall for wide-scale events, swimming-pool and spa center.
Total investment made for construction of the hotel made 30 mln USD, of which 10 mln USD has been invested by the Partnership Fund. The Fund is implementing the project in cooperation with the Silk Road Group,” – stated Giorgi Danelia.
The hotel will operate under the Radisson brand.
