Real estate prices in Georgia are expected to increase steadily by 4–6% this year, according to development company Archi. The company’s CEO, Shio Khetsuriani, said in an interview on Real Estate Prospect that price growth has remained stable in recent years and is likely to continue within the same range.
At the same time, Archi has recorded a significant rise in demand. Based on data from the first three months of the year, the company has seen a 67% increase compared to the same period last year, marking a notable improvement in market activity.
Khetsuriani attributes this growth to two main factors: increased customer trust in the Archi brand and the popularity of premium-class projects introduced by the company about two years ago, which are now in high demand.
Despite the strong demand, price increases remain moderate and predictable. According to the company, the current trend reflects a stable market environment, with similar growth expected throughout the year.
