Real Estate Prices Will Remain Stable Until Year-End - Monolith Group

Tornike Maisuradze, Director of Monolith Group, declares that real estate prices in Georgia will remain unchanged through the end of the year.

Speaking on TV program Real Estate Prospect, Maisuradze noted that growing demand in the market allows companies to launch new projects, while also emphasizing that Monolith Group faces no difficulties with financing from commercial banks.

We had to increase prices earlier this year due to regulations that impacted our sector. The most significant of these was the new taxation rule that came into force on February 1. Even then, we tried to ensure that the increase was not directly proportional to rising costs and kept it minimal.

For the remainder of the year, we are not planning to revise prices. While growing demand might tempt some businesses to raise prices, I believe the year will close with stable rates,” Maisuradze explained.

He also added that discounts and internal installment plans remain as incentives in the market, though they are not directly tied to price stability. On financing, Maisuradze stressed that Monolith Group has well-established relationships with commercial banks, a result of effective management and reporting.
