Accoridng to Galt & Taggart, during the last year, the rental yields in Georgia stood at 10.7%, and the country occupied first place in the ranking. The second place was occupied by South Africa with 9.1% income, third place - by Qatar with 8.4%, fourth place - by Puerto Rico with 7.9%, fifth place - by Lithuania - with 7.8%, sixth place - by Morocco with 7.2%, Poland is on the seventh place with 6.9%, eighth place was taken by Panama with a yield of 6.7%, ninth was Latvia with a yield of 6.6%, and tenth was Colombia with a yield of 6.4%.
