Despite the strong recovery pace that Georgia’s economy has shown in numbers, the IMF slashes its growth projections for 2022 for Georgia to 3.4%. The IMF says that the spillover effect of Russia’s War in Ukraine on Georgia will be very essential. According to the newest report, another country in the region to suffer as strongly as Georgia is Armenia.
