Growth of remittances were mostly driven by increased transfers from Italy (+28.2% YoY) and Israel (+20.3% YoY).
From the regional perspective, remittances in USD terms increased from EU (+23.3% YoY), CIS (+8.4% YoY) and other countries (+3.7% YoY).
Remittances from Turkey went down by 25.6% YoY in July 2018 while in 7 months of 2018 growth stood at 7.5% YoY in USD terms.
