Hotel management company KA Group plans to expand its regional portfolio, adding several new properties from 2027. The company currently manages 13 hotels across nine regions of Georgia and plans to relaunch the well-known Kvareli Eden complex while opening additional accommodation facilities in Kakheti and Bakuriani.

KA Group founder Irakli Chighladze told BM.GE that the company follows a structured schedule for adding new properties, with planning typically beginning in September and October for hotels joining the network the following January. This approach allows the company and its partners to plan operational and management details in advance.

One of the key additions will be the return of Kvareli Eden in Kakheti following extensive renovation. Chighladze said the hotel is expected to reopen in 2027, before the summer season, although an exact opening date has not yet been set. Another Kakheti property will also join the portfolio, with the company describing it as a 62-room chateau.

KA Group also plans to strengthen its presence in the winter resort of Bakuriani. According to Chighladze, a new 58-room hotel is scheduled to join the company’s network from January 1, 2027, further expanding its portfolio outside Tbilisi.
