Georgian real estate company Rentals has entered the German market and will begin assisting clients with property purchases in Germany, according to Managing Partner Zurab Eristavi. The company said it may expand the service to other European countries if demand proves strong.
In a social media post, Eristavi said Rentals has spent considerable time studying Germany’s property acquisition procedures and regulatory requirements. With the support of local partners, the company will initially help Georgian buyers purchase residential and investment properties in Berlin and surrounding areas.
Speaking to BM.GE, Eristavi said the company’s goal is to simplify what can be a complex process for Georgian citizens, describing the service as a practical guide to navigating Germany’s real estate market. Rentals has partnered with several German agencies and is offering a range of properties, including completed and under-construction projects, as well as assets with rental income potential.
The company plans to assess market interest before expanding further abroad. Eristavi said Rentals has identified several international destinations that could attract Georgian property buyers and is evaluating future opportunities. Sales operations in Germany will be led by Rentals agent Tamriko Khotivari in cooperation with local partners.
