Chef Guram Bagdoshvili declares that the opening of the restaurant in Sairme resort had a great resonance. According to him, a restaurant for 800 persons is working at full capacity.
"The restaurant offers guests entertainment, relaxation and treatment jointly. There is 100% occupancy and a particularly large number of tourists visit the restaurant from Kazakhstan," says Bagdoshvili.
According to him, 700 people are employed in the restaurant.
"The opening of the restaurant received a great response from the locals themselves and they like it very much. More than 700 people are employed in the restaurant, which is almost 99% of the population of the region. However, there is a shortage of personnel in the region," he said.
As for the impact of inflation on the prices of their services, as Bagdoshvili says, they cannot increase the prices because it is difficult for the customers to pay them: "It is difficult for the restaurant business to survive. We cannot increase the prices, because we know that the customers cannot afford it."
An 800-person restaurant was opened in Sairme last year, the project was worked by chef Guram Bagdoshvili. 5 million EUR has been invested in the restaurant, where guests can get entertainment, relaxation and treatment jointly.
