A restaurant was opned with GEL 60,000 investment in Eco Village In The Forest. The founder of the hotel, Nino Nioradze, told BM.GE that the restaurant was launched in order to provide perfect service to vacationers.
"Eco Village in the Forest" is located in the village of Gurgeniani in Lagodekhi. There are no food facilities and grocery stores in the territory of the village of Gurgeniani, which hindered the provision of perfect service to vacationers, so they decided to open a restaurant. We opened the restaurant in June, the demand was very high, and we are focused on meeting the needs of the vacationers of our cottages, although other people also visited us," says Nioradze.
As for the menu, she noted that the guests were treated with home-made Georgian dishes, which both Georgian and foreign guests like.
Speaking about the challenges, Nino Nioradze said that one of the challenges for them was the shortage of personnel.
As for the future plans, the founder of the restaurant said that they were planning to add more entertainment space from the next season, in order to fully satisfy the demands of the vacationers.
Eco Village in the Forest was created with the support of Enterprise Georgia and TBC Bank. The total investment of the project amounted to GEL 365,000 and currently includes 10 well-equipped cottages and a restaurant. The restaurant was built along with the cottages, and the founder spent GEL 60,000 on their equipping and renovation.
