The National Democratic Institute (NDI) publishes a new sociological survey, which reflects the positions of citizens as of October 2023. According to the document, rising prices, jobs and poverty remain the biggest concerns.

To the question, what are the most important national level issues facing you and your family, the interviewees answer as follows: price increase/inflation - 37%; jobs - 35%; poverty - 28%; territorial integrity - 23%; pensions - 20%, salaries - 17%; education - 11%; accessible medical services - 8%, human rights - 8%; joining NATO - 7%; This is followed by EU membership, fair elections, relations with Russia, freedom of speech, property rights, corruption, crime, etc.

The mentioned report is based on the results of a face-to-face survey of the adult population of Georgia conducted from October 14 to November 4 across the country (excluding the occupied territories). The October survey includes a total of 2,068 completed interviews. The average margin of error in the survey is +/- 2.2 percent.
