Russia has broadened its visa-free regime for Georgian citizens. The Russian media outlets reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a corresponding decree.
The new version of the decree published on the Legal Acts portal no longer contains exceptions that previously required visas.
According to the information published on Russian media platforms, Georgian citizens will now be able to enter the Russian Federation without visas for various purposes, including pursuing education, engaging in work activities, and staying on Russian territory for periods exceeding 90 days.
