Sairme Glampings, a hotel and cottage complex in the Sairme resort that has been operating for two years, is preparing for the autumn-winter season. Founder Vili Tutashvili said the project was developed with private investment and combines Sairme’s natural and historical setting with modern accommodation.
The complex currently offers hotel-style rooms for two, rooms with jacuzzis and glamping cottages for up to four guests equipped with hot tubs and outdoor furniture. Its facilities also include a fireplace bar-restaurant, BBQ area and entertainment spaces. According to Tutashvili, the highest demand is for units with large terraces and outdoor hot tubs.
Tutashvili said the summer season was relatively busy, particularly on weekends, although visitor numbers declined somewhat compared with last year, reflecting broader trends in the tourism sector. The complex attracts both domestic and international visitors. He identified finding qualified staff and maintaining high service standards, along with continuous technical infrastructure management, as the business’s main challenges.
Sairme Glampings expects positive demand during the winter season and plans to further develop its cold-season offering. The company is also considering gradual expansion, including increasing accommodation capacity, adding new services and building an outdoor swimming pool.
