Cenomi Retail Georgia, the official distributor of Inditex brands (Zara, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho) as well as Mango, Marks & Spencer, Parfois, Aldo, Flormar and US Polo - reported GEL 357 million in sales for 2024, an increase of GEL 86 million year-on-year. Net profit rose to GEL 50.6 million. The company is part of a major Saudi retail group operating across the Middle East and Central Asia.
Zara remained the best-performing brand with GEL 164 million in sales, up 39%, supported by its five stores and online platform, including its 2,833 m² flagship in City Mall. Other notable results included GEL 57 million from Mango and partner brands, GEL 46.1 million from Massimo Dutti, and smaller contributions from Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull & Bear, and Marks & Spencer.
For 2025, Cenomi aims for a 5% LFL growth rate, targeting GEL 372.9 million in revenue. Key plans include renovating Inditex stores in Tbilisi Mall and Merani Mall, launching online sales for Oysho, Stradivarius and Pull & Bear, and improving procurement, logistics and BPM processes to boost efficiency.
The company employs around 950 people in Georgia, maintains a five-day work week, and covers employees’ pension contributions. Cenomi was founded by Saudi billionaire Fawaz Alhokair, whose last publicly reported net worth was USD 1.2 billion.
