Mr. Satish Bhat joins Adjaristsqali Georgia LLC as Chief Executive Officer to lead the second largest HPP of 187 MW capacity & important player in Georgia’s energy sector.
Mr. Bhat’s vast experience of over 32 years in the power sector encompasses the fields of business development, project development and operations and maintenance. He comes with expertise in renewable business, developing green field solar projects, managing mergers and acquisitions and running group captives. He also has experience in operations and maintenance of thermal, hydro (including pumped-storage plants), DG-based and solar photovoltaic power plants. Mr. Bhat has served as nominee director on the boards of many companies specializing in the area of renewable energy.

Adjaristsqali Georgia LLC is co-owned by Norwegian Clean Energy Invest and India's Tata Power. The Shuakhevi HPP is financed by leading global financial institutions. The HPP started generating energy in 2020.
