In November 2026, Tashkent will host the international transport and logistics exhibition TransLogistica, where Georgia’s logistics and transport sector will be showcased through a unified national pavilion organized by consulting firm SavvY.

SavvY’s Associate Partner, Giorgi Gudabandze, told TV-program Business Morning that the project aims to help Georgian companies attract new international partners, strengthen their role in the Middle Corridor, and tap into Central Asia’s rapidly growing market. He noted that Uzbekistan was selected due to its strategic position on the corridor, strong economic growth and rising significance as a potential trade partner for Georgia.

More than ten Georgian logistics firms will participate with individual stands, and interest from the private sector has already been strong since the project’s announcement. Gudabandze says companies clearly understand the importance of Uzbekistan and the Middle Corridor for Georgia’s economic ambitions.

TransLogistica attracts companies from around 20 countries, making international partnerships the key expected outcome for Georgian participants. According to Gudabandze, the exhibition offers opportunities beyond service sales - including broader cooperation across the logistics value chain.

The selection process for participating companies is ongoing, though spaces are limited. SavvY will shortlist applicants in stages based on expressions of interest submitted through its communication platforms.
