The Tbilisi City Court delivered the final verdict in the case of 8 individuals charged with group violence.
According to the decision of Judge Tamar Mchedlishvili, Zviad Tsetskhladze, Vepkhia Kasradze and Vasil Kadzelashvili were sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison, while Insaf Aliyev, Tornike Goshadze, Nikoloz Javakhishvili, Irakli Miminoshvili and Giorgi Gorgadze were sent behind bars for a 2-year term.
Zviad Tsetskhladze, Vepkhia Kasradze and Vasil Kadzelashvili were charged with organizing group crime that envisages from 6 to 9 years in prison, while Insaf Aliyev, Tornike Goshadze, Nikoloz Javakhishvili, Irakli Miminoshvili and Giorgi Gorgadze were indicted for participation in group violence facing from 4 to 6 years imprisonment.
