Mozaiko Restaurant is developing its infrastructure this year. Sopho Tikaradze, Director of the Food and Beverage Department (F&B) of Ambassador Tbilisi, spoke to BM.GE about this.
Mozaiko is a project of the Ambassador Group, which hosts guests in the heart of Tbilisi with an updated concept and traditional hospitality. It is worth noting that the tourist facility was closed after the fire in Ambassador, but since November last year, Mozaiko has resumed operations and offers customers dishes created according to the best traditions of Asian cuisine, cocktails and a sophisticated interior, where visiting becomes an unforgettable gastronomic experience for everyone.
As Ambassador Tbilisi Food and Beverage (F&B) Director Sopho Tikaradze said, a terrace will be added to the facility this spring.
“The guests of the facility are people who appreciate coziness and an elegant environment, as well as a love of gastronomy. Our chef and his experienced team are always looking for new ingredients and flavors in order to make each visit to Mozaiko a new gastronomic experience.
When we talk about the renovated Mozaiko, we do not mean only changing the menu or the interior. Due to the incident [fire] that occurred 2 years ago, we had to completely change both the construction of the building and the redistribution of the space of Mozaiko, which allowed us to occupy a larger area and, accordingly, make it more cozy and comfortable. As a result of the incident, three floors of the building were completely damaged, so it will be difficult to name the exact amount of investment made directly in Mozaiko, although we can say that in total several million dollars were spent on the renovation of the building,” - Sopho Tikaradze said.
As for employees, "Mozaiko" currently employs more than 60 people.
