A new tourist place Shaori Chalet was launched in September, on the Shaori Lake, Racha Region.
The author of the project “Swimming Hut” on the lake invested up to 40 000 GEL and caused a great deal of interest and approval among the local vacationers.
Vakhtang Iashvili, the founder of Shaori Chalet told BM.GE, that the idea of a floating cottage came up in 2019, and he chose Shaori as a location because of his love for Racha and the high number of tourists in this region.
"We started working to ensure that the cottage was safe and equipped with all the necessary items from 2019. We implemented our idea in early September of this year and received the first guest at that time.
Shaori Chalet is different in its concept and location, it is located in total water and offers vacationers to enjoy the sunrise or sunset, foggy Shaori or Racha nature landscapes.
The service provides transfer of the traveler to the cottage by boat, including breakfast. The cottage has a total area of 13 square m, a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, "- said the founder of Shaori Chalet.
To book a Shaori Chalet for a day costs 350 GEL and the price depends on the specifics of the cottage service.
