Sales of Georgian industrial designer Zviad Tsikolia's products were down in 2020 compared to 2019 due to complicated logistics and problems on the international markets, but he noted that the company continued to develop on the local market and sales were grown by 100% last year comparing to 2019.
"We focused on the local market and completely changed the assembled business structure. We adapted to the pandemic and developed online sales, which led to increased sales.
As for the expectations for 2021, I expect sales growth, although it is difficult to make predictions in advance. Everything is changing dynamically and Georgia is daddling, because inadequate decisions are made to improve our economy, which affects the businesses," Tsikolia said.
