LEPL “Spatial And Urban Development Agency” has officially approved the detailed urban development plan for “Ambassadori Island Batumi”.
The document includes a plan to develop a multifunctional tourist complex on two artificial peninsulas and one artificial island.
According to the plan, the development will be carried out on an area of 84 hectares.
"Arup, a global company with many years of experience in urban planning, headquartered in Great Britain, has worked on the development plan of two artificial peninsulas and one artificial island. A comprehensive feasibility study for the project was prepared by the London and Tbilisi offices of COLLIERS.
The Ambassadori Island Batumi project represents a distinct and unique conceptual vision for real estate development that significantly contributes to Georgia's economy and the qualitative improvement of the socio-economic conditions of the local community. The project includes educational and healthcare institutions, 5-star hotels, residential apartments, condominiums, luxury villas, a yacht club, heliports, a beach, and other modern infrastructure.

The project will create at least 7,000 jobs for Georgian citizens, which will significantly contribute to the economic development of the entire region.
49% of the project area will be dedicated to publicly accessible recreational spaces, including a 9-hectare forest park, a coastal boulevard, 3.2 kilometers of walking paths, and sports fields, leisure spaces which provide unparalleled resources for the health, pleasure, and well-being of modern society.
"Ambassador Group" is completing construction works 4 years ahead of the typical timeframe, envisaged by the investment agreement. As of the project, 25 hectares have already been developed out of the 84 hectares," - the document reads.
