The National Property Agency is selling a 7,586 sq.m. non-agricultural plot of land at an auction in Lilo, within the airport restriction zone.
According to the electronic auction, the starting price is 2,071,000 GEL, with a bidding step of 5,000 GEL.
The real estate is located adjacent to No. 13 Yumashev Street.
"Aboveground and underground medium-pressure gas pipelines owned by Tbilisi Energy LLC are located on and adjacent to the land plot subject to privatization.The plot is located within the airport restriction zone.Additionally, the plot is situated near the railway; therefore, any construction project planned on the land must be agreed upon in advance with JSC Georgian Railway," the property description states.
The auction opened yesterday, August 19, and will conclude on September 2.
