The Georgian state has put a 7,586-square-meter non-agricultural land plot near Tbilisi International Airport up for auction.
The property, located near Yumashevi Street N13 in Tbilisi, has a starting price of GEL 2.071 million. The auction step is set at GEL 5,000, while the participation fee amounts to GEL 207,100.
The land is located within the restricted zone of Tbilisi Aerodrome, meaning that the construction of buildings exceeding the permitted height limits must be approved by the Civil Aviation Agency. Any construction projects planned on the site must also be coordinated with Georgian Railways, as the plot is located near railway infrastructure.
The property also falls within the area covered by a production sharing agreement and the licensed territory of Oil and Gas Resources General XI-B Block. The buyer will be required to ensure that the license holder can continue conducting oil and gas operations on the contractual area without obstruction.
A small part of the land plot is also located within a stormwater drainage restriction zone. The auction began on July 30 and will end on August 13.
