The Committee discussed and approved the Bill on Medicine and Pharmaceutical Activity with the II reading.
The changes provide a reduction of the state registration terms under the recognition regime for pharmaceutical products.
According to the First Deputy Health Minister, Tamar Gabunia, the editorial changes have been introduced after the I reading in view of improvement in legal technical terms.
The Bill is submitted for expedited consideration.
