A new Step Inn hotel was opened in Kazbegi, Stepantsminda with a foreign investment of 2 million EUR. According to Ani Alibegashvili, founder of Step Inn Hotel, they attracted investment from Germany and Poland.
The 5-story hotel combines 19 rooms of different types, a conference space for 30 people, a spa center with a pool and a sauna. The newly opened hotel employs 20 people, although it is planned to gradually increase the number of employees to 40 people.
"Kazbegi has a lot of visitors and the demand for accommodation is also increasing. Over 90% of tourists visit Kazbegi. On the ground, there are very few players in this sector who can offer a complete service. Hotel "Rooms" has played a big role in this respect. However, the local population mainly offers low-budget services. But, it became clear that the vacationers who came here want to arrange a comfort zone. Therefore, our goal was to create an alternative facility where people would get all the services they need for a good vacation," says Ani Alibegashvili.
The managers of the hotel are expecting guests from both Europe and Eastern countries. As for the cost of accommodation, Ani Alibegashvili says that the cost of the room will depend on its size and the hotel load.
"The cost of accommodation ranges from GEL 300 to GEL 600 for 2 people. The price includes breakfast as well", - Ani Alibegashvili said.
