The value of imports increased by 28.4%, and the volume by about 10,000 tons, which means an increase of 9%.
Brazil has been the main sugar exporting market for the country for the last 4 years, which accounts for 48.2% of total imports. The value of sugar exports decreased slightly by about USD 1.3 million, and the volume of purchased goods decreased by 6,255 tons.
