Confectionery company Sugar-Free has reported a 70% increase in sales in the first three months of 2026, according to General Manager Tamar Eziashvili, who spoke to BM.GE. She said the year has started with positive momentum, with strong growth serving as a key indicator of business performance.
“We believe 2026 has started successfully, as confirmed by the 70% growth in sales. Demand for high-protein desserts has been particularly strong, and we are continuously working on adding new products,” Eziashvili said.
She noted that interest has increased among both Georgian and foreign customers, which she described as an additional boost for the company. At the same time, rising raw material costs have created challenges in the sector, though Sugar-Free has maintained stable pricing.
“Despite increases in raw material costs, we are closely monitoring the market and doing our best to keep prices stable so customers do not feel instability. That’s why our pricing policy has not changed despite sales growth,” she said.
The company is also focused on product development and regularly updates its menu based on customer demand. Expansion plans include opening a new branch in Tbilisi, with potential regional expansion by the end of the year. Sugar-Free, founded in 2022, currently operates three branches in the capital.
