Georgia's two largest financial institutions TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia have jointly allocated GEL 5,000,000 to support citizens and businesses affected by the current situation in the country.
According to a joint statement, the financial resources will be directed to support small and medium-sized businesses, also to fund that provide legal, financial or health-related support to citizens affected by the protests.

TBC initiatives
TBC - My market
TBC and My Market are uniting to support small entrepreneurs, within the framework of which an online market will be organized on Mymarket for those entrepreneurs who are unable to participate in the canceled Christmas markets due to the current situation. Entrepreneurs will participate in the Christmas online market on the Mymarket platform without a commission. Customers who purchase products on Mymarket will receive additional cashback on TBC cards.
TBC - Glovo
TBC and Glovo are joining forces to support entrepreneurs and food establishments that have lost or reduced their source of income due to the current situation in the country. Those who purchase products from these establishments on Glovo will receive an additional discount on TBC cards.
TBC - tkt.ge
To ensure that theaters and cultural representatives can continue their activities despite canceled performances and events, as part of a joint initiative between TBC Bank and tkt.ge, ticket prices for events planned and canceled during December will be transferred to a fund to support theaters and their actors.
TBC - Swoop.ge
On the platform Swoop.ge, it will be possible to purchase specific hotel rooms at a symbolic price of a voucher. The difference between the value of the voucher and the market value of the room will be compensated within the framework of this joint initiative of TBC and Swoop.ge.
Bank of Georgia Initiatives
BOG - Extra
The Bank of Georgia and extra.ge are joining forces to support small businesses, for those entrepreneurs who are unable to participate in the canceled Christmas markets due to the current situation. Entrepreneurs will participate in the Christmas online market on the extra.ge platform without a commission. They will also use the delivery service without a commission. Customers who purchase products from these entrepreneurs on extra will receive 10 times more PLUS points, which will be financed by the bank. The offer will be valid until January 15.
BOG - Ads manager
As part of its support for small businesses, the Bank of Georgia is offering businesses the opportunity to create offers from the bank’s Ads manager (digital offer management platform) for free. Customers who take advantage of this offer will receive 50 times more PLUS points from the Bank of Georgia, which will be funded by the bank until the end of January.
BOG - Biletebi.ge
In order for theaters and cultural organizations to continue their activities despite canceled performances and events, the Bank of Georgia is joining the Biletebi.ge initiative. This means that if a customer purchases tickets for canceled events before January 1, the Bank of Georgia will double the amount received from the sale.
Gift cards
As part of its support for small businesses, the Bank of Georgia is implementing another initiative and is offering businesses the opportunity to create gift cards for customers from Ads manager, without a commission. Users will have the opportunity to purchase a gift card in advance and thus support entrepreneurs. They will be able to use the purchased gift card at any time they wish.
BOG - Wolt
To support Georgian entrepreneurs and food facilitites that do not participate in the Christmas market. Bank of Georgia and WOLT are joining forces. This means that users who purchase services and products from these establishments from Wolt with a Bank of Georgia card will receive additional cashback.
