TBC Purchased "Bonako"
As a result of the issue by the National Bank of Georgia, the microfinance organization Bonako LLC’s registration has been receded and is going through the process of liquidation. According to the GNB, the liquidator offered Bonako’s assets and liabilities to the financial sector through an auction. JSC Bank fully purchased the assets and liabilities of the microfinance organization Bonako LLC at the auction held on October 29. Upon the signing of the contract, JSC TBC bank is to provide immediate services to the creditors of the Microfinance Organisation Benako LLC.
