On September 26, Tbilisi will celebrate the grand opening of the Tbilisi Outlet Village, the first international-standard outlet village in the region. The new space promises visitors a unique shopping experience, offering international premium brands alongside diverse gastronomic spaces.
The opening will be marked by a three-day festival, creating a vibrant atmosphere full of surprises and entertainment. Organizers say guests can expect an unforgettable event that goes beyond shopping, blending lifestyle, leisure, and cultural experiences.
Located just 30 minutes from Tbilisi’s city center, the outlet will showcase global premium brands at special discounted prices, including several making their debut on the Georgian market. The concept follows the growing global trend of outlet villages, designed to provide both value and an enjoyable day out for visitors.
The project was designed by Spanish architectural firm L35 and developed by Domus, one of Georgia’s leading development companies. With an architectural style that combines elements of old Tbilisi with modern design, the outlet has already received international recognition, winning the title of “Best Future Project of the Year” in Central and Eastern Europe.
