Developer TEMPO has completed the first phase of its multifunctional residential complex Queen’s Residence in Batumi’s New Boulevard and officially opened Block A. The company says meeting construction deadlines is a key corporate principle, with its business model focused on delivering projects as promised to customers.
TEMPO Founder and CEO Valeri Gasitashvili said the company’s experience in construction project management is a major factor behind its ability to meet deadlines and standards. Project management for Queen’s Residence was handled by SITA, a company within the TEMPO holding.
“Our goal is to complete projects exactly as we promised our investors,” Gasitashvili said, noting that construction of Queen’s Residence began in May 2024 and was completed within two years and several months.
According to Gasitashvili, TEMPO defines quality as more than technical or architectural standards, covering the entire customer experience from project planning and construction supervision to handover and post-sale services. The company aims to ensure that customers receive a comprehensive experience throughout the entire lifecycle of their investment, including after they begin using the property.
The completion of Queen’s Residence Block A is the first stage of a broader urban development plan that TEMPO calls “Tempo City.” Block B is scheduled to be commissioned in 2027, while Serenade by Tempo is planned for 2028. The company also owns around four hectares of land near the New Boulevard, where a new project is currently being designed. TEMPO says it plans to offer customers a new project each year over the next four years, ultimately creating an urban development hub in Batumi’s New Boulevard area. Established in 2023, TEMPO currently has more than 90,000 square meters of ongoing construction projects, including Serenade by Tempo and Sensa by Tempo near the Batumi Botanical Garden.
