Temur Ugulava's "Adjara Holding" will rehabilitate the Sports Palace. The rehabilitation of Tbilisi Sports Palace will begin in 1Q2025 and will be completed late in 2026.
As the Asset Management Director of Adjara Holding, Otar Berishvili, told BM.GE, the project plans to transform the Sports Palace not only into a sports venue but also into a facility that will host multifunctional events.
"Logic Group has invested approximately USD 5 million since 2007. Logic Group LLC has been managing the Sports Palace completely independently until now, however, from this stage, under the renewed agreement, Adjara Holding will join the management of the Sports Palace. Adjara Holding will make new investments accordingly in line with a new development plan," Berishvili said.
According to him, the company manages not only the Sports Palace building but also the surrounding area.
