Company “Saba Construction” won the tender for the construction of a new forest park on the Territory of Temka Ravine. City Hall Tender Commission has already made a relevant decision.
According to the tender documents, the company will build a new forest park for 35,709,577 GEL, which is 8,927,393 GEL less comparing to the initial purchase price announced by the City Hall.
According to the same documents, company NCC was offering the same service at a less price by 1.2 million, but the company had been disqualified.
According to the tender documents, construction of the project will be funded in stages from the Tbilisi budget in 2021-2022. According to the document, an amphitheater, a children's playground, basketball and football grounds, cafe, media library, vegetable garden and pedestrian bridge should be constructed on the Territory of Temka Ravine.
