The Commission will be composed of MPs: Irakli Kovzanadze, Paata Kvizhinadze, Roman Gotsiridze, Irakli Beraia, Gia Mikeladze, Khatuna Gogorishvili, Gogi Meshveliani, Beka Natsvlishvili, and Archil Mestvirishvili from the NB.
“Parliament shall endorsed the Commission to select the independent auditor of the National Bank. It is the independent audit company selected amongst the G4”, - I. Kovzanadze noted.
The Committee discussed and approved with the III reading the Bill on Tax Code envisaging non-taxation of the veterans during the year on the income under 3000 GEL.
The Committee considered the Bill on State Symbols. According to one of the initiators, Vano Zardiashvili, the Bill is entailed with absence of uniform legal mechanism to regulate design, endorsement and use of state symbols in heraldic terms.
“The Bill aims at development of the uniform legal mechanism to regulate design, endorsement and use of state symbols in heraldic terms against the current gaps and discrepancies regarding design, endorsement and use of state symbols”, - he noted.
The Chapter II stipulates endorsement, hoist, and manifestation of state symbol. The Bill does not aply the State Coat of Arms, Flag and Anthem.
The Committee approved the Bill.
