The Businesses are trying their best to increase salaries to prevent staff outflow, - Lasha Rizhamadze, president of the Georgian Distributors Business Association, told BM.GE.
According to him, the staff shortage is a general problem in all directions in the country. As a result, all companies are focused on increasing salaries as much as possible so that there is no outflow of personnel.
“Businesses are trying their best to increase salaries so that there is no outflow of personnel, but in unity, stable staff is still a problem. Not only for our sector, but for all sectors.
Our sector is one of those that is trying to eliminate this problem. Despite the increase in salaries and other actions, the staff shortage still remains a problem, especially for category C drivers,” Rizhamadze said.
