Shota Berekashvili replaces Irakli Burdiladze as the CEO of m2 Group.
Prior to taking up position of the Director General, Shota Berekashvili headed construction company BK Construction (owned by m2).
As for Irakli Burdiladze, he will assume his office as the CEO of Georgia Real Estate Holding (Georgia Capital's newly created real estate branch).
Georgia Capital is entering the market with a new brand Amber Group and plans to open 6 hotels under the brand throughout the country. Georgia Capital plans to invest 540 million USD over the next five years in tourism.
