Tbilisoba City Festival 2021 will be held without audience this year, an open-air gathering will not have a customary run in streets, - Tbilisi City Mayor issued the relevant decree on September 2021. So, the festival will be switched to a televised or Facebook live format due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tbilisi City Hall will provide the necessary expenses for the event without a tender, through a simplified procurement, for which the Tbilisi City Hall has already received the relevant consent from the government administration.
Tbilisi City Hall plans to hold Tbilisoba City Fest 2021 on October 24, 2021.
A festive concert and an award ceremony for honorary citizens of Tbilisi will be organized in the capital to create a festive mood.
On October 24, 2021, due to the epidemiological situation in Mtatsminda Park, a concert on a thematically decorated stage will be held without audience in line with the relevant regulations.
“Up to 20 soloists, orchestras, music bands and ensembles will take part in the concert," the decree published on the website of the State Procurement Agency reads.
