He spoke about macro-economic parameters, economic growth, inflation, incomes and budget expenditure part. Economic growth, planned with 4.5%, achieved 5.5%. The indices on incomes from export, tourism, money transfers and grants are also higher.
He spoke about consumption of the budget by state agencies: Ministry of Education – 100%; Ministry of Sports – 85.4%. He introduced the information about allocations for the standalone programs and events and answered the questions.
Revaz Arveladze appealed to the reporter about transfer of the excessively obtained sums to the pension fund. In response it was stated that 200 ml GEL will be allocated in 2019 to increase the pensions. The Committee took note of the report.
