Kakha Gogolashvili, director of the Center for European Studies of Rondel Foundation declares, that the Conclusion of The Venice Commission leaves no room for doubts that the "Russian law" is a nightmare.
The expert deeply believes that sooner or later, people who know the law of the ruling party, have analytical skills, and know English, will have to admit that they committed a crime by adopting this law.
"The report presented by the Venice Commission is so cool that there are no words. Everything that Georgian and foreign experts said and wrote during this year is presented here in an amazingly professional and exhaustive manner. It leaves no room for doubt - this law is a nightmare. I can imagine the shock of those MPs and other members of the team, as they can no longer diminish this conclusion and sooner or later they will have to admit that they committed a crime by trying to pass this law," Kakha Gogolashvili wrote on his personal Facebook page.
