The first chicken restaurant "Tsitsila" was opened in Kostava Street in Tbilisi. The founder of the company, Mariam Markhulia, told BM.GE about it.
According to the founder of the company, in addition to grilled whole chicken, the facility offers a variety of products made from chicken.
According to her, "Tsitsila" is a business started from scratch, which is planned to become a brand this year.
"If a person wants chicken or a product made from chicken, then he should come to Tsitsila. The main product that we sell is grilled chicken. We have bought a machine that cooks chicken on the grill without oil. We sell products made from chicken and offer lunch boxes to our customers. The facility can host guests in its indoor and outdoor spaces. In total, we can accommodate up to 45 people.
As for sales, we currently only sell products locally. We have very friendly prices and huge portions. Soon we will add a delivery service and we will deliver products through "Volt" and "Bolt", says Markhulia.
According to her, despite the fact that they are newly opened, the interest in the facility is very high, and the founder of the company cites the color of the exterior as one of the reasons. The facility employs 8 people, but staffing is still ongoing.
