Due to default on obligations, taken over within the framework of Produce in Georgia Program, property of 13 companies has been confiscated since the program was launched. This information was requested by BM.ge from the Property Management Agency.
These companies are:

2. Tsalka Dairy, Ltd.
3. X Style, Ltd.
4. Janmrteli Tskali, Ltd.
5. Tsalka Agro, Ltd.
6. Imedi, Ltd.
7. Abasha Dairy Factory, Ltd.
8. Solidorti, Ltd.
9. MG Plastic, Ltd.
10. Sharko, Ltd.
11. Areanvedza, Ltd.
12. Aialama, Ltd.
13. NHL 43, Ltd.
the produce in Georgia state project was launched several years ago and its main direction is development of production in Georgia. Under the project, property are passed over to the companies for a symbolic price – 1 Gel. as per May 2018, under the Produce in Georgia Program, namely the industry, agriculture, hotel and property component, 363 projects have been supported. Total investment made more than 880 mln GEL and the number of jobs created is over 14 000.
