According to the Deputy Minister of Health Tamar Gabunia, the government will consider the issue of activating COVID passports in the near future.
After the meeting of the Coordination Council, in response to a question from journalists, the Deputy Minister did not specify the exact time of issuance of COVID passports and explained:
"We will definitely discuss Covid-passports. Work is underway on the basic parameters that will be reflected in the passport, vaccination, transmissible disease history and in some cases will be the answer to the PCR test, so we are working on it and we think this practice will be real in the near future," - said the Deputy Minister.
