According to the tender description, the value of the company's assets is GEL 1,528,273, while its liabilities are GEL 17,273. The length of the pipelines owned by the company is several kilometers. These pipelines are located in Tbilisi.
The company's acquirer has no obligation to invest in it, as the privatization application does not provide for this.
