According to the Georgian Foreign Minister, David Zalkaliani, Georgia enjoys unprecedented support from the United State to which the Helsinki Commission hearing on the tenth anniversary of the occupation of the Georgian territories by Russia.
David Zalkaliani said that the strong bipartisan support of the United States is manifested not only in an increasing number of high-level visits, but also in a series of concrete legislative initiatives, declarations and statements made by the U.S. side in support for Georgia, which points to the fact that Georgia is atop the U.S. political agenda. “We will continue efforts to consolidate the position of the international community and our main partner” – the Minister said.
