The first phase of infrastructure work for The Lake, a large-scale development near Lisi Lake, will be completed in spring 2026. Placemakers’ managing partner Nodar Adeishvili discussed the progress on “Business Weekly,” emphasizing that the strong pace of construction and the project’s unique location are key motivators for interested buyers.

According to the developers, the site is located within Tbilisi’s largest recreational zone, offering residents immediate access to nature. Adeishvili noted that the surrounding area is fully equipped with essential infrastructure, including several leading schools within walking distance, as well as cultural and monastic complexes nearby.

Adeishvili highlighted that The Lake also includes opportunities for individual home construction. The company’s architects assist buyers in designing their own houses, ensuring that each home fits the overall architectural vision. A major component of the project, The Lake House, is being designed by Japanese architectural studio Nohita, which has already completed the schematic design. Permit documentation is now being prepared and is expected to be finalized within a month. The Japanese partners will supervise the construction to ensure full consistency with their design.

Adeishvili also announced an upcoming major development. He revealed that the company is in the final stage of a large agreement that is expected to close in February. Once finalized, more detailed information about this new project will be shared in early March.
