The Number Of Transactions Of Residential Flats Decreased In Tbilisi

In November 2023, in Tbilisi the number of transactions of residential flats amounted to 3,390 units, reflecting 16% YoY decrease.

According to Colliers Georgia's updated review of the residential real estate market on Recov.ge,the figure for old flats features a 27% decrease compared to November 2022.

In the first 11 months of 2023, the weighted average price of newly-built flats in Tbilisi has increased by 17% YoY in the suburbs, while a 13% and 14% increase was observed in the wide and city centre.
