"Startup Georgia", a subsidiary of the Partnership Fund, will sell its 48.1% stake in "Online Clinic".
The starting price of the share is GEL 70,000, while the bid amounts to GEL 1,000. The auction should end on September 3.
"Online Clinic" was established in 2017 with the financing of "Startup Georgia".
"Online Clinic" provides paid primary medical online consultations for people living in Georgia and abroad. Services are provided through video calls.
