"A friend's opinion of the court reviews the possibility of widely interpreting regulations established by law and the existing monitoring mechanism, including access to personal data. According to the court's opinion, these requirements may be created by excessive organizational burden for organizations and their staff, which may significantly impair their ability to effectively carry out basic activities, ”the report said.
