The Committee discussed with the III reading the Bill on License and Permits aiming at facilitation to aviation works on Georgian territory and international air traffic to Georgia.
The Bill on Maritime Code, discussed with the III reading aims at compliance of the Code with the International Bunker Convention. The Bills were introduced by the Deputy Economic Minister, Irma Kavtaradze.
The GNCC member, Vakhtang Abashidze introduced the report on activity for 2017 and spoke about Commission structure, as well as e-communications service provision rules and rights of the consumers, internet quality control and challenges and future plans. He answered the questions on political advertisements upon pre-election period, e-communication provision quality and respective problems etc.
The Committee took note of the report and approved the Bills.
