According to government decree 609, Resort Sairme will receive a land area of 13,687,749 square meters in Vani and Baghdati municipalities under a 49-year lease for 1,000 GEL per year. The relevant decree was published on the website of the government administration on April 24 and Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze signed it.
According to the investment commitment, the company should build a 750-room hotel within 8 years. Also, to develop recreational space and arrange ski tracks.
The schedule is written in the decree. According to the document, "Resort Sairme" should invest GEL 80 million in order to fulfill its obligations. Also, the company should employ 100 people for at least 2 years in the next 8 years.
Lands will be transferred to the company by the National Property Agency after submitting 5% of the investment amount as a bank guarantee.
According to the business register, the 100%-shareholder of the company is Temur Kokhodze as of 2021. Ana Janiashvili is the acting general director of the hotel.
